Road to Worlds: Iowa Regional

This post is the second of a three-part series about Iowa City Robotics' journey to the World Championship in Detroit, MI from April 25-28. The 2018 FIRST season is the first time that the team has made it to Worlds since 2011. While the team is ecstatic to go, they are in need of monetary support in order to make the competition as successful as possible. Support the team's trip to worlds here.

From Wednesday, March 21 to Saturday, March 24, the Iowa City FRC Robotics team "Children of the Corn" traveled to Cedar Falls, Iowa to compete in the Iowa Regional. The team experienced its best performance ever at that point in time, reaching 5th in qualification matches. They were then defeated in the first elimination round by the 4th alliance that would then go on to win the regional. Here are photos from the event:
