On July 28, I was given an incredible opportunity: the chance to shoot my first wedding. Not many would trust a high school photographer to shoot something as significant as a wedding, but I'm incredibly grateful that Beth Verhage was willing to give me the chance to do this. The wedding took place at an outdoor venue in Iowa City, and while doing anything for the first time has its difficulties, I'm happy with the results. Here are some of my favorites:
